Question: Where do I meet up for my Tour?
Answer: Each tour has a specified starting point. This information is e-mailed to the guest upon confirmation of a reservation.

Bahamas Tours and Travel is not responsible for transport to and from tour locations unless otherwise stated. If you would like Bahamas Tours and Travel to assist with transfers please customerservice@bahamastoursandtravel.com

Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: The cancellation period is 48 hours before scheduled activity date. Some tours require a cancellation/administration fee others will be refunded at 100% contact customerservice@bahamastoursandtravel.com for more details on cancellations.

Question: I’m coming to Nassau, can I book a tour on another island?
Answer: Yes….However, you must be aware that most tours to other islands do not include the price of the flight ticket and accommodations. If you are coming to Nassau by cruise ship inter-island travel is not possible.

Question: I am traveling by Cruise Ship, can I take your tours?
Answer: Yes, Most tours are 3-4 hours or less. However, you should be sure of your ship’s arrival and departure times to ensure that you can fit a tour into your schedule.

Question: What happens if it rains?
Answers: Most tours are a go whether rain or shine. Specific restrictions on weather cancellation vary depending to a tour. Each tour will have detailed information on the tour e-mailed along with the confirmation.

Question: Which islands can I travel to?
Answer: We offer travel assistance to most major Family Islands from Nassau (New Providence Island)
